Annie...
I was flipping through the channels this evening when I came across “Annie”, a childhood favorite movie for sure. Happy memories of watching this movie, knowing all the songs by heart and absolutely being crazy over the dance numbers filled my head. I don’t know the last time I watched this movie, but still found myself able to quote it word for word. As I reveled in my path down memory lane I happened to glance over at Greyson who was indeed being very quiet. It seems that Greyson has developed mommy’s love of musicals! He sat; slack jawed for almost the entire movie, his eyes dancing with slow smiles moving across his little face. For the very first time, I found myself torn between watching a childhood favorite and watching my child. It was more entertaining to watch him…

Okay, I have been trying to not comment because I didn't want to intrude on the Grandmas, but I wanted to comment on this one. They ARE too precious when they get wrapped up in something they enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI think I may have seen Annie once or twice, but I knew a girl who had learned all the songs and auditioned for the part of Annie (the movie)! I thought that was pretty cool.
