He was still a little un-sure at this point!
He spent a lot of time watching the turtles... There is a rescue center here and we were able to see some really big sea turtles that are re-habbing in hopes of going back out to the ocean. Greyson got a kick out of the one that had to wear a life jacket! The poor thing was hit by a boat and one of it's lungs is at less than 50% capacity, so with out the life jacket it can't stay level... (interesting and sad....)
They have a great resource and education room filled with all kinds of craft projects for the kids. Greyson decided that he wanted to make this paper bag owl... and it turned out pretty cute!!

Overall, it was a great time, we hiked the nature trail, spent time with the sea birds, the bald eagles and owls too... Climbed the observation deck, and went back to the sting rays numerous times... I'm sure we'll head back again soon!!
Greyson, you did a very good job making your owl. He looks very intelligent. Just got my computer back from the fix it shop, now I can catch up on your blog. Send my a picture in your sharp new glasses.
